Multispectral large-scale single-cell resolution 3D (mLSR-3D) imaging of optically cleared human post-mortem midbrain tissue, using up to six markers simultaneously in the same donor, thereby showing the full morphology of multiple different cell types in the same tissue section. The datasets contain one healthy and two Alzheimer donors, with different antibody combinations that visualize different cell types.
