Use FUMA for post-GWAS functional annotation of genetic variants

FUMA is a web-based platform that can be used to annotate, prioritize, visualize and interpret GWAS results. Also cell-type specificity analysis can be performed using MAGMA (which is incorporated into FUMA).
It requires you to upload GWAS summary statistics under your own account, and FUMA will then apply an extensive range of functional SNP annotations and gene-mapping.
For details and the software, please visit the FUMA website and read the publication of the original FUMA platform by Watanabe et al. (2017) and gene mapping of cell-type specificity using MAGMA by Watanabe et al. (2019).
