Genetic variants associated with functional connectivity phenotypes in the UK Biobank sample (N = 24442 European subjects). A full parcellation of the brain was used including both the Desikan-Kiliani cortical parcellation (68 cortical brain regions) and the aseg subcortical segmentations (7 subcortical regions). GWAS were performed for each connection between every two brain regions accounting for a total of 3321 GWAS.
